All players need to be collected at the end of the day by a parent / guardian or pre-arranged adult unless you have given permission to leave on your Class for Kids account already. If you would like to check/change these details please email us with permission to leave in writing in advance of the day.
There is no vehicle access to the sports field. The entrance to the sports field is on a dead end road so there will be plenty of on street parking along Kidbrooke Grove. Please walk players to the netball courts which you will be able to see from the entrance gate. less

Camp notes
AGES: School Years 4 +
COST: £50 per day / £140 for 3 consecutive days
What to Bring:
• Packed lunch, no fizzy drinks, plenty of water (enough for the whole camp day).
• NO nuts or seeds (allergy concerns).
• Any necessary medication (e.g., Epipen, inhaler), clearly labelled with their name. Please give to coach on arrival and make sure their medical conditions are up to date on your profile.
• This camp is OUTDOORS so prepare for all British weather. Bring warm, waterproof clothing; layers are recommended. In sunny weather, wear and pack sun cream.
Attire:
• Sportswear (leggings, skorts, tracksuits), no denim or crop tops etc.
• All players NEED to wear SPORTS TRAINERS.
• Remove all jewellery (including watches and fitbits) before arrival. Beacons is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
• If piercings can't be removed, tape them up with micro tape or plasters (Beacons doesn't provide tape).
• Hair must be tied up and clipped away from face, including long fringes and short hair.
• Fingernails must be short enough not to extend beyond the fingertips (England Netball Rules), and players with long acrylics or nail extensions will not be able to participate.
